The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fat misses with a double jab.

Aguero shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Aguero was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Aguero tries for a kimura but Fat is defending well.

Aguero is trying to get an arm triangle but Fat is defending well.
Fat wants to control but Aguero postures up.
Fat tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Aguero wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Aguero is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Fat will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Fat tries to buck Aguero off but Aguero is having none of it.

Aguero is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Fat is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Fat throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.

Aguero looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Fat is trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Aguero working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Aguero is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Fat looks calm but he's in trouble here. Aguero gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Fat is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Aguero lets go of the hold and Fat can pop his arm back in it's socket.
