Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trey Lawson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liddell comes into the arena with It's Dark and Hell Is Hot blaring out of the sound system. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
38 - 59 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chuck Liddell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Trey Lawson!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddell gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Lawson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Liddell has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Chuck Liddell has been cut.
Liddell has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Liddell there as he acknowledges the shot.
Liddell is rocked!
BOOM! Lawson lands a beautiful left hook that drops Liddell. Liddell tries to recover but Lawson is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Liddell lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Trey Lawson!
After the fight, Trey Lawson was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
