Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yassir Morabet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiao Macale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tiao Macale will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morabet fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Macale scores with a hook.

It looks like Yassir Morabet has been cut.
Macale scores with a nice right hand.
Macale looks for a takedown but Morabet sprawls well.
Morabet has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Morabet there as he acknowledges the shot.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Macale throws a nice looking combination but Morabet bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Morabet tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Macale paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Macale is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Morabet pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Morabet escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Macale bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Morabet's head backwards.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Macale lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Morabet has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Morabet and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Morabet throws a head kick that misses.
Macale lands a really nice looking cross but Morabet seems unphased.
Morabet is breathing heavily.

Morabet breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Macale rushes Morabet and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Morabet postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Macale is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Morabet, into his guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Morabet takes one to the chin there.
Tiao Macale seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Macale fails in his attempt to clinch.

Morabet tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Macale paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Macale will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Macale counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Morabet throws a head kick but Macale moves out of range.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Macale might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Morabet thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Macale if he has to take too many more of those.

Macale drops Morabet with a left right combo! Macale follows him down to the ground into side control.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Yassir Morabet's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
