The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoffman chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hemmo can pounce on him.
Hemmo loads up on a big right hand but Hoffman slips the punch.
Hoffman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Hoffman darts in and clinches Hemmo up against the cage.

Hoffman is looking to take this one to the mat.
Hemmo struggles to land a body shot inside as Hoffman controls his hands.

Hoffman drags the fight down to the ground.

Hoffman working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hemmo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hemmo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hemmo is posturing up here but Hoffman has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Hemmo tries to roll out but it's too tight and Hemmo has to tap! Slick submission there by Hoffman !
