Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ping Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Montanner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ping Wong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tony Montanner!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montanner tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wong swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Montanner looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Montanner gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wong not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Wong is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Wong's corner is telling him to maintain position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Montanner can do anything to dispel that myth.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Montanner can't keep his opponent in guard - Wong advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Wong stalling.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Ping Wong just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Wong closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Wong takes a little break here. Montanner wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Wong cracks Montanner with a big elbow.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wong just content to control the position.

Wong has hold of Montanner's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Montanner tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Wong cranks the arm and Montanner screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Montanner, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
