Perez throws a predictable looking body shot
and Sanford counters with a series of strikes. Perez will be more careful next time no doubt.
Perez closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sanford did well to prevent Perez getting side control.
Perez seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Sanford is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
