Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Kesler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kesler has chosen Cancer Bats - Deathsmarch as his entrance music. Ryan Kesler will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Kesler must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kesler might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Kesler cracks Santos with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Kesler has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Santos to stand back up!
