The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Who shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Witt is trying to defend but Who finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Witt is defending against the submission attempts here by Who.
Who working the head and body with strikes.
Witt is looking to get back to is feet but Who passes into side control.
Who lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Witt down.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Who is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Witt's shoulder. That is not cool.

Who has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Witt tries to bum rush Who with a series of wild strikes but Who uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Who closes the distance and clinches.

Witt wants to break the clinch but can't.

Who breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Witt fails with the takedown.
Witt shoots in and drives through. Who sprawls well.
Witt really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Who tightens his grip and picks Witt up, before dumping him to the ground. Witt manages to land in guard.
Who slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Witt is working an open guard so Who takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Witt enables Who to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Witt manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Witt has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Who off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
