The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharpe moves in looking to clinch but Milanesi pushes him off.
Sharpe tries to close the distance and clinch up but Milanesi swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Milanesi throws a body punch but Sharpe moves out of range.
Milanesi misses with a double jab.
Sharpe is looking to clinch but Milanesi is avoiding it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Sharpe should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Milanesi lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Sharpe sprawling to the canvas. Milanesi follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Sharpe hang on?

It looks like Mike Sharpe has been cut.
Milanesi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
