Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nelson Padilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesnar is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Nickel Size Hail. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Padilla is defended easily by Lesnar.

Lesnar drops back looking for a leg! Padilla is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Padilla manages to kick Lesnar off! Lesnar jumps back into Padilla's guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Lesnar postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Padilla is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Lesnar, into his guard.

Lesnar takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Padilla wants to control but Lesnar is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Lesnar shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Padilla manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Well Lesnar has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Brock Lesnar tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
