Che comes into the arena with Alabama St- One Blood/The Game blaring out of the sound system. The key to victory for Zavier Che has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aokison misses with an attempted mid kick.

Che manages to break the clinch.
Aokison shoots in for a double leg but Che sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Che fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Aokison sprawls well initially but Che persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Aokison moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Aokison is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Che has his hands clasped together but Aokison extends and breaks Che's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Aokison.
