Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matt Miranda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juvendy Kusuma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Juvendy Kusuma told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kusuma scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Kusuma tries for a takedown but Miranda sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Miranda misses with a looping right.
Miranda avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kusuma connects with an inside leg kick.

Miranda wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Kusuma is looking to clinch but Miranda is avoiding it.
Kusuma fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kusuma is trying hard to land a takedown here. Miranda sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Kusuma lands a big head kick that sends Miranda tumbling to the mat! Kusuma takes a step backwards and waves Miranda back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Matt Miranda has been cut.
Kusuma dives in and grabs Miranda's left leg, looking for a takedown. Miranda pushes down on Kusuma's head and hops out.
Oh Miranda is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kusuma fails to land the takedown.
Miranda keeps the fight on the outside.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Kusuma.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kusuma lands a brutal head kick. Miranda looks out on his feet and Kusuma throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
