The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Congo has managed to clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Congo.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Ventura.
Congo takes a shot to the head.

It looks like Obi Congo has been cut.
Ventura lands with a left to the head.
Ventura lands a right hand.
Ventura lands a hook that snaps the head of Congo backwards.
Ventura blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Ventura tightens his grip and picks Congo up, before dumping him to the ground. Congo manages to land in guard.
Ventura scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ventura lands a couple of elbows.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Congo trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Ventura loads up on a big left hand. Congo felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Ventura looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Congo can't hide his disappointment, as Ventura celebrates the victory.
