Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Crowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dzuzaska Guzman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guzman has chosen Tupac- Ambitionz Az a Ridah as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dzuzaska Guzman!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crowe throws a body punch but Guzman moves out of range.
Guzman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Crowe manages to avoid it.
Guzman connects with a body shot that sends Crowe's belly button to the back.
Good exchange - Guzman coming out on top.
Guzman connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
We've been hearing reports that Crowe has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Dzuzaska Guzman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Good leg kick by Crowe there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Crowe changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Guzman looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Crowe misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Guzman avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Crowe.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Guzman looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Guzman has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

As Guzman tries to get set, Crowe tries to push him back and clinch up but Guzman manages to avoid the attempt.

Crowe postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Crowe looks up at the clock and then as Guzman takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Crowe smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Crowe works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
