Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Olen Raymond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Big Time (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Jorge Garcia and John Roberts.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Big Time feints and as Raymond raises his hands in defense, Big Time changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Raymond has his feet on Big Time's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Raymond gets caught napping as Big Time dives in and scores a takedown. Raymond manages to retain guard.
Big Time loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Big Time is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Big Time wants to control from the top but Raymond keeps moving.
Big Time throwing strikes from guard but Raymond blocks nicely.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Big Time tries to keep at a distance but Raymond has taken the fight into the clinch.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Big Time gets control of Raymond's arms and successfully pulls guard. Big Time will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Big Time is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Raymond in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Big Time has momentary wrist control but Raymond slips an elbow through the middle.
Raymond will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Big Time wants to stand up but Raymond is controlling him.
Raymond won't allow Big Time to sweep him here.
Raymond stands up over Big Time, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Raymond does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Raymond moves into the clinch successfully.

Big Time successfully pulls guard.

Big Time wants to get back to his feet but Raymond is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Raymond postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Big Time working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Raymond.
Raymond makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Big Time has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Raymond is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Big Time successfully pulls guard.

Big Time has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Raymond can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Raymond is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Mike Big Time will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Raymond will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Big Time closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Raymond to the mat! Raymond manages to get full guard.

Raymond wriggles free and stands up.
Raymond swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Raymond tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Big Time was well out of range. Poor timing from Raymond.

Raymond gets caught flat footed, as Big Time shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Big Time trying to control but Raymond is working from the bottom.
Big Time might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Raymond haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Raymond is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Big Time defends well.

Big Time wants to control from the top but Raymond keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Big Time throws a strike but Raymond rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Raymond missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Raymond postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Raymond postures up in Big Time's guard and throws a big left but Big Time blocks it.

Raymond gets to his feet. Big Time looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Big Time decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Raymond has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Big Time is on him like a limpet, forcing Raymond back against the cage.

Big Time breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Raymond enables Big Time to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Raymond manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Raymond wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Big Time manages to pass to side control.
Big Time is breathing heavily.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Raymond is on top in guard.

Raymond stands up from Big Time's guard - Raymond perhaps looking for a knockout.
Raymond misses with a few strikes there.
Big Time goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Raymond is rocked!

It looks like Olen Raymond has been cut.
Big Time connects with a nice cross there... Raymond is looking wobbly and Big Time recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Raymond to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Big Time jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

In his post fight interview, Mike Big Time started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
