Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Fighter has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Taiki.
Taiki scores with a hook.
A slapping body kick lands there for Taiki.
Fighter will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Fighter sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Fighter is breathing heavily.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Taiki. Fighter shrugs it off though.
Taiki misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Taiki lands a high kick to the side of Fighter's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Taiki dives into guard, looking to finish.
Taiki wanted to stand there but Fighter had control of the position.
Fighter looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Fighter throws his legs up looking for a submission but Taiki uses it to pass to side control.
Taiki has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Taiki rushes Fighter and presses him up against the cage.

Taiki has Fighter pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Fighter is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Taiki - that's hurt Fighter badly! Oh, another knee lands and Fighter is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Fighter doesn't seem to be complaining.
