Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Huge Colossos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Felipe Paraventi and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Colossos.
It looks like Antonio Alves has been cut.
Colossos thuds a left hand into Alves's body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Alves instigates a clinch.
Colossos tries to break the clinch but Alves is controlling the position.
Alves drags the fight down to the ground.
Colossos wanted to stand there but Alves had control of the position.
Alves working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Colossos.
Colossos trying to stand up but can't free himself from Alves's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Alves had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Colossos is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Alves Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Colossos's back instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Alves throws a series of strikes and Colossos wriggles onto his back, so he's now mounted. He's in real trouble here.
Colossos wants to try and get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Alves has hold of Colossos's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Colossos manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Colossos is working to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Alves looking to finish with strikes here!
Alves working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Colossos looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Alves! Submission of the night perhaps?
