Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Deniz Koc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Dos Anos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Deniz Koc!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rafael Dos Anos!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Emerson Jorge and Paulo Santos.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koc throws a leg kick but Dos Anos sees it coming and moves out of range.
Dos Anos steps into range and cracks Koc with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Koc flops backwards and Dos Anos dives into his guard looking to finish!


It looks like Deniz Koc has been cut.
Dos Anos cracks Koc with a solid left hand.


Koc is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Dos Anos is in close to Koc's body, working some short punches and elbows.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Koc is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Dos Anos is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Koc defends it well.
Koc is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Dos Anos scores with a couple of nice shots.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Dos Anos lands a nice short elbow.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Koc is staying active underneath Dos Anos, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
