The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paul Aken and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blachowicz closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Blachowicz lands in his opponent's guard.
Mcguire controls Blachowicz momentarily but Blachowicz frees himself.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Mcguire thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Blachowicz looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Mcguire might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Mcguire throwing strikes from guard but Blachowicz blocks nicely.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Blachowicz controls Mcguire momentarily but Mcguire frees himself.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Mcguire throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Blachowicz stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Jan Blachowicz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mcguire circles away from the clinch attempt.
Blachowicz uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mcguire.
Blachowicz wants to clinch.
Mcguire tries to counter by clinching up but Blachowicz breaks away and moves out of range.
Blachowicz fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Mcguire to the ground. Blachowicz is now in Mcguire's guard.
Mcguire is trying to keep Blachowicz in close.
Mcguire is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Blachowicz is aware though and is defending well.

Mcguire has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Blachowicz should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Mcguire has tightened it up now! Blachowicz should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
