Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Borg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stephane Pompier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Borg's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Willst du mit mir tanzen. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borg tries to score a power double leg takedown but Pompier sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Borg somewhat.

Borg throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Pompier tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Borg is in Pompier's guard.
Borg postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pompier wants to stand and escape but Borg is having none of it.

Pompier is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Borg is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pompier is trying to control the position but Borg postures up.
Borg is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at DaJet Conditioning, Transition, Escape School that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Borg loads up on a big left hand. Pompier felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Borg looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Pompier can't hide his disappointment, as Borg celebrates the victory.
