Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Darren Mayhew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nelson Pervis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson Pervis will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Darren Mayhew!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nelson Pervis!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayhew wants to clinch but Pervis slips to the side
enabling Pervis to counter with a crisp jab.
Pervis uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Pervis throws a hook to the side of Mayhew's head but Mayhew sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
The crowd cheers as Pervis lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mayhew doesn't seem phased though.

Pervis lands a hook that stumbles Mayhew back into the cage. Pervis follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Mayhew to the canvas! Pervis pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Mayhew has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
