Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rayder Garner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Big Pimpin!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Dirk Anderson and Winston Alpacca.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pimpin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Garner was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Garner shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pimpin napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Pimpin is trying to improve his position.
Garner scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Pimpin to see if he's OK.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Garner tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Pimpin is working to avoid the ground and pound but Garner connects with a decent elbow.

Garner is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pimpin has escaped the position, nice work there.
Garner lands some shots froms side control.
Garner is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Pimpin will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Garner is trying to control but can't.

Pimpin is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Garner is just riding it out for now. Pimpin eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are battling for position here. Garner manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Pimpin is fighting to break Garner's control of his arms but Garner is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Pimpin misses with a takedown attempt - Garner sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Garner dives in for a single leg takedown but Pimpin sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Pimpin shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Garner defends it nicely.
It looked like Garner wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Garner utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Garner decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Garner connects with a nice short shot to Pimpin's temple.

Garner has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Pimpin's face.

Pimpin wants to hold on but Garner pushes him away.

The referee warns Pimpin that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Pimpin is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Pimpin is looking to improve his position but Garner isn't that keen on the idea.
Garner is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Pimpin can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Pimpin tries to buck Garner off but Garner is having none of it.
Pimpin is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
