I think Ranieri might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Eminem – Kings Never Die. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Mendez slips a jab and a cross from Ranieri.

Horrible takedown attempt by Mendez or perhaps it was just good defense by Ranieri, which made it look bad.
Ranieri scores with a nice right hand.
Ranieri tries a head kick but it misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
