Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deair Conan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Cieslak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Deair Conan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Michal Cieslak!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cieslak moves in looking to clinch but Conan pushes him off.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cieslak looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Cieslak takes the fight into the clinch.
Conan wants a takedown.
Cieslak tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Cieslak makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Conan has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Cieslak clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Conan is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.

Conan has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Conan gets to his feet! The crowd go wild in anticipation of a knockout!
Cieslak wants to clinch.
Conan looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Conan keeps the fight on the outside.
Cieslak moves in looking to clinch but Conan pushes him off.
Cieslak wants to clinch up but Conan keeps it at a distance.

Conan decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Conan stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Cieslak to get to his feet.

Conan shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Conan was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Conan prevents Cieslak from escaping the position.

Conan stands up.

Conan fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Cieslak to the ground. Conan is now in Cieslak's guard.

Conan gets to his feet - Cieslak follows without any prompting.
Cieslak tries to close the distance and clinch up but Conan swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Cieslak moves into range and clinches up with Conan.
Cieslak swings wildly with an uppercut but Conan uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cieslak gets underhooks to prevent Conan's takedown attempt.
Cieslak lands a left hand that snaps the head of Conan backwards.
Cieslak throws a punch but it's blocked by Conan.
Cieslak stops a takedown attempt from Conan.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Deair Conan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Conan has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Cieslak avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Conan gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Conan stands up from Cieslak's guard - Conan perhaps looking for a knockout.
Cieslak scores with a nice strike.
Cieslak tries to clinch but Conan moves out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Michal Cieslak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That was a close round but I would say that Deair Conan will probably get the nod.
That's time! Conan's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Conan manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Cieslak on his heels. He'll look to pass Cieslak's guard now, I'm sure.
Deair Conan overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Conan decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Cieslak, up you get!

Cieslak throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Cieslak doesn't manage to clinch there - Conan circles away.

Conan changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cieslak fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Conan has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Cieslak tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Conan paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Conan shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cieslak's guard.
Cieslak wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Conan manages to pass to side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Cieslak tries to clinch but Conan is having none of it.
Conan went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Conan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Michal Cieslak is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Cieslak tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Conan paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Conan bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Cieslak is looking to get back to his feet here but Conan is keeping cool and he's managed to take Cieslak's back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Deair Conan will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Cieslak looks to land a combination but Conan avoids it well.
Deair Conan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Conan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Cieslak was covering up waiting for the punch and Conan finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Conan decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Cieslak drives through and clinches with Conan against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cieslak throws a punch but it's blocked by Conan.

Conan gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Cieslak regains guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Conan decides to stand up, so the ref orders Cieslak to his feet.

Deair Conan showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Conan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
