Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pure Blood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aoki Poki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blood stuffs the takedown attempt from Poki. Poki gets slowly back to his feet.
Poki throws a solid leg kick but Blood takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Poki.
A big right from Poki misses.
Poki tries to close the distance and clinch up but Blood swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Poki misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Blood shoots for a takedown but Poki saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

and Blood counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Blood.
Pure Blood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aoki Poki.
Poki drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Blood gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Blood is struggling to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Poki is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Poki is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Blood pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Poki works on Blood's body with a couple of short punches.

Poki is trying to trip Blood. He has hold of a leg but Blood is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Poki persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Poki avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Blood bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Poki's guard.

Blood pushes down on Poki's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Poki works his way to full guard. Good work.

Blood tries to free his leg and advance position but Poki is retaining full guard.
Poki keeping moving, preventing Blood from controlling successfully.
Poki manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Blood manages to get himself to full guard.
Blood wants to hit a switch here but Poki passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Blood there!
Poki looking to control but Blood is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Blood is looking to improve his position but Poki isn't that keen on the idea.
Poki lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Blood hang on?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Poki tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Poki is going olschool here, as he tries to force Blood to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Blood shrugs it off.

Blood bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Blood stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Poki swivels though and keeps the full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Poki throws a nice looking combination but Blood bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Blood tries for a takedown but Poki sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Blood keeps the fight on the outside.
Poki shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Blood pinned against the cage. Blood gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Blood fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Poki throws a series of punches but Blood avoids them all with ease.

Poki shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Poki showed some decent athleticism there.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Poki has hold of Blood's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Blood seems comfortable defending it but Poki has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Blood is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Blood is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Poki couldn't care less - he's delighted!
