Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rocky Wester!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jake Williams!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams stuffs the takedown attempt from Wester. Wester gets slowly back to his feet.

and Williams counters with a series of strikes. Wester will be more careful next time no doubt.
Wester shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Williams sprawls well. Williams wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wester gets slowly back to his feet.

As Williams tries to get set, Wester tries to push him back and clinch up but Williams manages to avoid the attempt.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Williams lands with a nice combination. Wester backs away looking to recover.

and Williams counters with a three punch combo that has Wester backing up. Wester nods at Williams to acknowledge the strikes.

That was a close round but I would say that Rocky Wester will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Wester pulls Williams in close to prevent any damage.

Williams drops back looking for a leg! Wester is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Wester manages to kick Williams off! Williams jumps back into Wester's guard.

Rocky Wester showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wester, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
