Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between todd labod (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Einstian Attila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Einstian Attila will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, todd labod!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Einstian Attila!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Attila shoots in looking for a takedown. labod tries to sprawl out of it but Attila keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. labod manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
labod changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Attila tries to avoid it but labod manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Attila to the ground. Attila escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Attila lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Attila throws a quick head kick that skims the top of labod's head.
labod shoots in and bounces Attila off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
labod is breathing heavily.
Attila tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Attila wants to get back to his feet but labod is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

labod tries to free his leg and advance position but Attila is retaining full guard.
Attila is trying to control the position but labod postures up.
Attila wants to stand but labod is controlling the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
labod takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Attila clinches up with labod and pushes him back against the cage.

Attila breaks from the clinch.
Attila doesn't manage to clinch there - labod circles away.
labod gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Attila counters with a nice uppercut.

Attila shoots in but no luck this time.
Attila closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
labod pushes Attila off looking to stand but Attila dives back in and keeps control.
labod tries to get to full guard but Attila has control of the leg.
Attila wants to stand but labod has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

labod lands with a few short shots to the body.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Attila is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Attila stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
labod misses with a shot to the body
and Attila counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Attila tries to clinch but labod moves out of range.
labod throws and low kick but Attila moves out of range easily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
labod walks into a left hand.
Attila takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Nice sprawl there from Attila as labod shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for todd labod. That's going to take a lot out of him.
labod tries to clinch but Attila moves away
and Attila counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. labod is lucky that one didn't land flush.

and Attila cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A low kick from labod is predictable there
and Attila counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
labod shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Attila counters with a nice body kick.
labod could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
labod throws a right and a left that Attila avoids nicely.
Attila circles away from the clinch attempt
and Attila counters with a one-two to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Einstian Attila dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and Attila counters with a head kick.

labod takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
todd labod is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Attila will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Attila lands a head kick. labod smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Attila shoots for a takedown but labod saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

labod is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Attila striking off his back but it's not causing labod any problems.

Attila is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Attila looks for a takedown but labod sprawls well.
Attila fails in his attempt to clinch.
labod feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
labod postures up in Attila's guard and throws a big left but Attila blocks it.

Attila wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but labod has him pressed against the cage.
labod is leaning against Attila and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

labod escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
labod fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

labod sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

labod shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Attila's guard.
Attila preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Attila has his foot on labod's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. labod works his way back into a safe position though.
Attila doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Attila keeping moving, preventing labod from controlling successfully.
labod throws and elbow that misses. Attila uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in labod's guard. Nice move by Attila!
Attila slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from labod.
labod gets back to full guard.

labod manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
labod takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Attila is desperately trying to improve his position but labod has a good base and remains in mount.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

todd labod overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Attila is working to get back to half guard.

I would just about give that final round to Einstian Attila.
