The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Noonan darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like Nick Meier has been cut.
Meier throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Noonan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Meier moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Noonan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Meier misses with a jab to the body
enabling Noonan to counter with a crisp jab.
Meier wants to clinch
and Noonan counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Noonan throws a head kick but Meier moves out of range.
Noonan lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Meier crumples to the floor! Noonan milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
