The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy fails to land the takedown.
Rottwel shoots in for a takedown but Hardy shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A nice combination there by Hardy.
Rottwel keeps the fight on the outside.
Hardy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Rottwel bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Hardy explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The fight stays on the outside here - Hardy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hardy shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Rottwel eats them both and turns towards Hardy to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Hardy throws a combination. Rottwel tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Igor Rottwel has been cut.

Hardy shoots in but Rottwel avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hardy fails in his attempt to clinch.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rottwel.

Rottwel gets a takedown into half guard.

Hardy has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Rottwel is on him like a limpet, forcing Hardy back against the cage.

Hardy breaks the clinch.
Hardy shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rottwel pinned against the cage. Rottwel gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Rottwel attempts a counter takedown but Hardy avoids it well and moves away.
Igor Rottwel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Hardy.

Rottwel shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rottwel is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Rottwel is working for a kimura but Hardy is defending it quite comfortably.

Hardy wants to get back to full guard.

Rottwel is looking for a kimura but Hardy is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Rottwel to get the leverage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rottwel is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Hardy is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
