Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arju looks to score with a jab to the body but Dee is just out of range.
Dee pushes Arju up against the cage in a clinch.
Dee prevents a takedown attempt there.
Arju is working for takedown but Dee is calmly controlling the position for now.
Arju fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Bubba Dee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harold Arju.
Arju is trying to drag Dee to the mat but Dee just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Dee tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Arju.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Arju tries for a takedown. No joy.
Dee lands an uppercut.
It looks like Harold Arju has been cut.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Dee.
Arju misses with a body punch.
Dee lands a body punch.
Arju looks winded!

Dee lands with a left to the head.
Arju tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Dee's elbow.
I was talking to Dee's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Arju tries to pull guard but Dee forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Arju throws a punch but it's blocked by Dee.
Dee lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Dee stops a takedown attempt from Arju.
Dee digs a right hand into Arju's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Arju's gas tank.
Dee lands a left hand.
Dee lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Arju to his knees! Dee keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bubba Dee!
Bubba Dee was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
