Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Olaf Gustafson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seto Takiama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Olaf Gustafson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Olaf Gustafson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takiama doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Gustafson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Gustafson lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Seto Takiama has been cut.
Takiama tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Gustafson defends well and Takiama ends up having to push Gustafson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
A swing and a miss from Gustafson.
As Gustafson backs off Takiama throws a huge counter combo but Gustafson manages to avoid it all.
Takiama slips a jab and a cross from Gustafson.
Takiama looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Takiama shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gustafson as he jumps to the side.
Olaf Gustafson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seto Takiama.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gustafson dips to his left and cracks Takiama with an uppercut!
Gustafson takes a swing at Takiama's ribcage but misses.

Takiama has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Gustafson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Takiama stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Takiama misses with a takedown attempt - Gustafson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Sloppy strikes from Gustafson. Those never looked like landing.
Gustafson misses with an uppercut. Takiama saw that one coming.
Gustafson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Takiama sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Takiama gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Nice defenses there by Takiama.
Takiama swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Gustafson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Takiama shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gustafson but Gustafson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Gustafson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Horrible takedown attempt by Takiama or perhaps it was just good defense by Gustafson, which made it look bad.

Gustafson drops Takiama with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Takiama! Gustafson dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

After the fight, Olaf Gustafson was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
