The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aventus avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Fisk throws an off balance right hand
and Aventus counters with a leg kick.
Fisk has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Aventus.
Fisk throws a head kick that misses.
Fisk throws a hook but Aventus avoids it easily.
Wilson Fisk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Aventus cracks Fisk with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Fisk is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Fisk is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!

It looks like Wilson Fisk has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A swing and a miss from Fisk.

Aventus lands a front kick to the face, that drops Fisk to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!

Fisk is rocked!
Aventus weaves into range and cracks Fisk right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Fisk goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Aventus is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
