The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roach chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hong can pounce on him.

and Hong counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Roach down! Hong is looking to finish but Roach is intelligently defending himself.

Hong feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Roach's calf.
Hong bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Roach's head.

Hong is just content to waste time from the top position. Roach takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hong might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Roach working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hong doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hong manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Hong throws a shot from downtown. Roach moves away and avoids it.
Hong jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

and Roach counters with a stiff right hand.


It looks like Antoni Kristofer Hong has been cut.
Roach lands a lovely overhand right.
Hong misses with a hook.
Roach connects with a single shot there.
A jab from Hong misses.
A nice inside leg kick there by Roach. That's going to slow Hong down.
Hong throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Hong ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Roach steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Hong. That one must have hurt.
Hong's jab looks to have found its range, popping Roach under the eye.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hong misses with a low kick as Roach jumps back.

Hong throws a wild body kick that Roach sees coming a mile off.
Hong moves away from the strike by Roach.
Hong misses with a leg kick.
Hong tries a low kick but Roach avoids it.
Roach defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hong.
Roach raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Roach rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hong moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hong throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Hong has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Roach.
Roach lands a front kick.
Roach fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hong manages to avoid it.

Hong drops Roach with a left and a right! Oh, Roach is hurt - Hong dives into side control looking to finish!


Roach is rocked!
Hong is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Roach can do to turn this around?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Roach is still in real trouble! Can Hong finish him?
Hong cracks Roach with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Hong immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Roach is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Hong!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Antoni Kristofer Hong!
After the fight, Antoni Kristofer Hong was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
