Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Attela Attela!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armstrong throws a poor cross that misses
and Attela connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Attela throws an overhand right that lands on Armstrong's shoulder, as Armstrong tries to avoid the shot.
Armstrong swings for the body but Attela moves out of range.
Armstrong misses with a lunging right hand
and Attela counters with a nice uppercut.
Armstrong throws a right hand that misses
and Attela counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Armstrong pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Attela back to the cage. Armstrong follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Attela throws a hook to the side of Armstrong's head but Armstrong sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Armstrong walks into a stiff left hand from Attela.
Attela misses with a body shot
and Armstrong counters with a stiff right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Attela connects with the punch.
Armstrong throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A little jabbing left from Attela on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Armstrong misses with a double jab
and Attela counters with a stiff right hand.
Armstrong steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Attela.
Armstrong fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Attela manages to avoid it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Attela! But no joy.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Attela jabs Armstrong to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Armstrong swings widly with a right hand
and Attela cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Armstrong has been working on his boxing with his coaches at KING OF PAIN in the buildup to the fight.
Armstrong throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Armstrong takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Attela punishes Armstrong's body with a nice straight punch.
Armstrong throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Attela cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Armstrong swings widly with a right hand
and Attela counters with a straight right hand.
Attela takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Attela takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Armstrong lands with a cross.

Attela slips under a jab from Armstrong.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Attela! But no joy.
Attela connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Armstrong momentarily.
Armstrong swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling Attela to counter with a crisp jab.
Harold Armstrong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Armstrong throws a hook but Attela blocks it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Armstrong misses with a right hand
and Attela counters with a one-two to the body.
Attela has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
Armstrong misses with a right hand
and Attela counters with a left to the body.
Attela scores with a sloppy right hand. Armstrong should have avoided that one.
Armstrong swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling Attela to counter with a crisp jab.
Attela doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A lazy left from Attela finds it's target.
Attela displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Armstrong throws out the jab.
Attela swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Attela stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.


Armstrong is rocked!
Attela's corner calls for a 1-2. Attela obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Oh Armstrong is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Attela pounces like a tiger and cracks Armstrong with a vicious hook! Armstrong is down but not out! Attela follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Attela Attela!
