Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peralka Levanato!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Karate Kid!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kid gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Levanato has Kid pressed against the cage, preventing Kid from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Levanato lands a body punch.
Levanato digs a right hand into Kid's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Kid's gas tank.
Levanato landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Levanato lands a body punch in the clinch.
Levanato lands a nice knee to the body.
Levanato breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Levanato has managed to clinch.
Levanato breaks from the clinch.
Levanato avoids a kick to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Levanato, as that shot connected.
Left hook, right uppercut from Levanato.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A solid leg kick lands there for Levanato.
Levanato clinches up against the cage.
Levanato lands a body shot.
Kid looks winded!
Levanato lands a body shot in the clinch.
Levanato breaks from the clinch.
Levanato throws out a powerful jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kid tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Levanato manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Levanato pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kid back to the cage. Levanato follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Kid takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Levanato staggers Kid with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Kid looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! No! He's back down again! 9...10 - he's can't beat the count and Levanato is victorious!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Peralka Levanato!
A relieved looking Peralka Levanato thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
