It looked like Down was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Down manages to break the clinch.

Down lands a left and a right that send The Sock crashing to the mat, dazed. Down thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Sifl The Sock has been cut.
The Sock throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Down counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for The Sock to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Down!
