Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joel Oneill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as John Anderson enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, John Anderson!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Phil Schofield and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Oneill shoots in but no luck this time.
Anderson looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Oneill rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Anderson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Anderson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Anderson stalks Oneill and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Oneill's face. Oneill staggers backwards, shaken.
Anderson bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Oneill shoots in looking for a takedown but Anderson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Oneill's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Oneill tries to clinch up.
Anderson circles away from the clinch attempt
and Anderson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Anderson looks to land a combination but Oneill avoids it well.
Oneill is looking to counter punch.
Anderson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Oneill has time to react.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Oneill tries to score a power double leg takedown but Anderson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Oneill somewhat.

Anderson pushes Oneill back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Oneill is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Oneill keeps control of Anderson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oneill tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Anderson smiles and moves away.
Anderson scores with a sloppy right hand. Oneill should have avoided that one.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Anderson, as that shot connected.

Oneill is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Joel Oneill is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Oneill takes a jab right on the kisser.
Anderson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Oneill.
Oneill seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Anderson bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Oneill takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Anderson stuffs the takedown attempt from Oneill. Oneill gets slowly back to his feet.
John Anderson seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Oneill fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Anderson avoids it really well and circles away.

Oneill takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Anderson has had enough of the clinch but Oneill keeps him there for the moment.
Oneill tries to break free but Anderson pushes him back against the cage.
Anderson is pressed up against the cage. Oneill has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Anderson down to the mat. Anderson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Oneill takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Anderson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Oneill darts in looking for a takedown but Anderson gets double underhooks and turns Oneill into the cage.
Anderson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Oneill looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

John Anderson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Oneill's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

John Anderson decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
