Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ioachim Bogdan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Brandao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brandao throws a head kick that misses.
Bogdan fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Brandao scores with a kick to the body.

Brandao has taken the fight to the clinch.
Bogdan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Brandao walks away with a smile on his face. Bogdan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Diego Brandao seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brandao on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Bogdan looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ioachim Bogdan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Horrible takedown attempt by Bogdan or perhaps it was just good defense by Brandao , which made it look bad.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bogdan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Brandao as he jumps to the side.

Brandao throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bogdan seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Brandao moves into range and connects with a jab.

It looks like Ioachim Bogdan has been cut.
Brandao misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bogdan.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Brandao .
Bogdan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Brandao closes the distance and clinches.

Brandao lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Brandao 's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Brandao 's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Brandao comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Brandao drops Bogdan with a big knee straight up the middle! Bogdan is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Oh Bogdan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Brandao pushes Bogdan up against the cage in a clinch.
Bogdan seems to have got his legs back now.

Brandao throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Bogdan blocks it with crossed arms.
Brandao lands with a light punch inside.
Bogdan takes a knee to the side of the body.

Brandao drops Bogdan onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Bogdan is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
A short body shot lands from Brandao as the two fighters clinch.
Bogdan's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Brandao throws a knee to the head but misses.

Brandao working the clinch nicely. Bogdan is working for position but Brandao cracks him with a big knee to the head! Bogdan crumples up against the cage and Brandao lands two more shots before the ref can save Bogdan! This one is all over!
