The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lesnar shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Roberts manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Lesnar keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Lesnar definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Roberts is pressed up against the cage. Lesnar has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Roberts down to the mat. Roberts avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Lesnar is looking to clinch but Roberts is avoiding it.

Roberts changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lesnar looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Brock Lesnar.
