A right-left combo lands from Lombard.

It looks like Jimmy Sabelo has been cut.
Sabelo throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Lombard's head.
Sabelo misses with a double jab.
Lombard rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sabelo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sabelo lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Sabelo takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Sabelo throws a leg kick which misses Lombard's front leg but catches the back leg as Lombard tries to avoid it.
Lombard misses with a few strikes there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sabelo turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Sabelo finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Lombard's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Sabelo falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

A determined Hector Lombard didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
