Schultz has Halloway pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Schultz pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Halloway tumbling to the mat - Schultz dives into Halloway's guard.
Halloway bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Schultz's guard.

Schultz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
