The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henley stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Henley throws a right and a left that Clubber avoids nicely.
Clubber avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Clubber moves out of range of the strikes.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Henley is looking to break free of the clinch but Clubber has double underhooks.
Clubber on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Clubber tries to score a body lock takedown but Henley shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Clubber clinches up with Henley and pushes him back against the cage.
Clubber jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Henley walks away with a smile on his face. Clubber gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Henley tries to close the distance and clinch up but Clubber swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Henley tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Clubber gets tackled into the cage by Henley. Henley maintains the clinch.

Clubber seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
Henley pushes Clubber back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

A frustrated look appears on Henley's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Clubber gets control of Henley's arms and successfully pulls guard. Clubber will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Clubber has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Henley can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Clubber on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Clubber tries to get out of the position.

Clubber is staying active underneath Henley, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Henley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Clubber paws at him with a jab and circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Clubber wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Henley closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Clubber cracks Henley with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

The fight stays on the outside here - Henley looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Clubber is rocked!
Henley is pawing at Clubber, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Clubber's nose. Clubber is badly hurt! Henley pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Clubber tries desperately to hold on but Henley is relentless in his assault! As Clubber receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Henley away and this one is in the books!
