Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Monster Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivera tries to close the distance and clinch up but Machine swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Rivera throws a right and a left that both miss.
Rivera lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Machine lands a head kick. Rivera smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like Alex Rivera has been cut.
Alex Rivera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Machine lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Machine throws a head kick that half lands.
Machine misses with a low kick.

Rivera throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Machine tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Rivera is in Machine's guard.

Machine has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Machine feints a jab and as Rivera dips his head, Machine unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Rivera right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Rivera falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Machine smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

A less than humble Monster Machine misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
