Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ka'Ra LeVass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Haack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haack moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
LeVass misses the shot to the body.
Haack swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
LeVass looks to score with a jab to the body but Haack is just out of range.
Haack replies with a solid counter kick to the body but LeVass blocks it well.
LeVass ducks under a wild hook from Haack.
Haack keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Haack scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
LeVass swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Haack bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Haack has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
LeVass scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Haack ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

LeVass is looking to take a break and control but Haack is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
LeVass takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Haack swings for the body but LeVass moves out of range.

and LeVass counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ka'Ra LeVass.
I think Haack has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
