Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Altin Ademaj!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Luis Engracia and Thiago Cunha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ademaj decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Pacheco is looking to control Ademaj's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Pacheco avoid being mounted?

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Ademaj working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

Altin Ademaj showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Altin Ademaj is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Pacheco is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Ademaj off. It looks like it's working - Ademaj slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Pacheco displaying calm under pressure there.

Well Ademaj has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
