Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Wyatt Meyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Meyer shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Meyer was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Thomas tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Thomas is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Meyer.

Thomas throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Meyer's waist but Meyer gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Thomas off to one side.

That was a close second round but I would say that Wyatt Meyer will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Meyer has Thomas pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Meyer pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Thomas tumbling to the mat - Meyer dives into Thomas's guard.

Meyer feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
