Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vyacheslav Kowalchuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Parent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kowalchuk comes to the cage accompanied by Kalinka Mix. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Parent darts in and clinches Kowalchuk up against the cage.

We've been hearing good reports from Kowalchuk 's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Kowalchuk has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Parent can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Parent not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Well Parent has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
