Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mauno Mulkkersson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Coda Putrida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coda Putrida will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Putrida shoots in and bounces Mulkkersson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Mulkkersson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Putrida doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Putrida manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Putrida shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Putrida was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mulkkersson manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Putrida looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Putrida really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mulkkersson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
I looks like Putrida might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Mulkkersson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Putrida is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Mulkkersson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Putrida's back instead.

Mulkkersson has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Putrida is in real trouble here. Mulkkersson gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Putrida is tapping out! Mulkkersson wins by rear naked choke!
