Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Homer Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Malachi Leatherwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Malachi Leatherwood has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leatherwood misses with a left hand
and Simpson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Leatherwood won't be happy with that.
You can see the frustration on Leatherwood's face as Simpson controls the position.
Simpson is trying to get an arm triangle but Leatherwood is defending well.
Leatherwood wants to control but Simpson postures up.

Simpson swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Leatherwood is now in Simpson's guard. A big mistake from Simpson there, giving up the dominant position!

Simpson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Leatherwood manages to get himself to full guard.

Simpson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Leatherwood swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Simpson is fighting to break Leatherwood's control of his arms but Leatherwood is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Simpson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Leatherwood swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Leatherwood is looking to stand up but Simpson isn't so interested in that idea.
Simpson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Leatherwood manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Simpson has Leatherwood in his guard.
Leatherwood really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Simpson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Leatherwood is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Simpson has his foot on Leatherwood's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Leatherwood works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Leatherwood rushes Simpson and presses him up against the cage.
Simpson is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Leatherwood can do to turn this around?

Simpson drops back, looking for a kneebar! Leatherwood looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Leatherwood looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Leatherwood!

Leatherwood is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Simpson has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Leatherwood is looking to defend but Simpson has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Leatherwood! Simpson pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Leatherwood taps out and this one is all over!

Homer Simpson spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
