Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Nick Evans!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sutter Cane!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans tests Cane's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Evans uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cane.
Evans tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Cane defends well and Evans ends up having to push Cane into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Cane misses with an attempted mid kick.
It looked like Evans was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Cane.
Evans takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Evans scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Evans takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Evans on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Cane walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Evans checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

We've been informed that Cane has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Cane creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Evans slows down the pace here.

Cane scores with a kick to the body.
Evans changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cane tries to avoid it but Evans manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cane to the ground. Cane escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Sutter Cane comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Cane has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
